Laura Mandell Named Interim Director of the Glasscock Center for Humanities Research

Laura Mandell, Professor of English and director of the Initiative for Digital Humanities, Media, and Culture (IDHMC) will serve as Interim Director of the Glasscock Center for Humanities Research (GCHR) at Texas A&M University effective September 1, 2017. Dr. Mandell’s academic specializations are digital humanities, eighteeth-century literature, and British Romantic literature. She joined Texas A&M University in 2011 and has been named a Presidential Impact Fellow for 2017-2018.
